3754017 - Data Analyzer 'last data update (utc)' does not follow user time zone using bw live connection

• In Data Analyzer using a BW live connection, the Information tab shows the field "Last Data Update (UTC)".
• Changing SAC user preferences (region/language/time zone, including automatic adjustment to local time) does not change this field; it always displays in UTC.
• The "Last Data Update (UTC)" field is visible in Data Analyzer but not in SAC stories.
• No error messages are displayed.

1. Open SAC Data Analyzer and access a view based on a BW live connection.
2. Open the Information tab and locate the "Last Data Update (UTC)" field.
3. In user preferences, set region/language to a non-UTC locale and enable automatic local time adjustment.
4. Return to the Information tab and observe that the field still shows UTC.

By design, the Data Analyzer "Last Data Update (UTC)" field is displayed only in UTC and does not follow the user’s time zone settings.

1. Note that there is currently no configuration to display the Data Analyzer "Last Data Update (UTC)" field in local time; it is fixed to UTC by design.
2. If local-time display is required, submit a feature enhancement request. Refer to: How to create an enhancement request.
3. Monitor the enhancement request for updates through the Customer Influence process.
