3754055 - Error is received during certificate attribute type import - Talent Intelligence Hub

When importing attributes with the attribute type 'Certificate' the import job fails with the following error message:

HTTP Error response code: 422
Message: ???eas_wsm_svc_library_create_with_errors???

Expected Behavior / Current System Limitation

The import of attributes with the attribute type 'Certificate' is not supported.
