3754067 - HANA log backup written locally instead of using the (Azure) backint

• A single HANA log backup file is written locally once per day instead of being sent via Backint to Azure Backup as configured. The log backup file is created and goes in the directory: /hana/backup/SID/data/...
• Backint logs show terminations with exit code 87 and with the following console output: 
  
    exception  1: no.110507  (Backup/Destination/Backint/impl/BackupDestBackint_Executor.cpp:254)
        Backint exited with exit code 87 instead of 0. console output: System.ArgumentException: Server did not register a channel on time at Microsoft.Internal.CloudBackup.WorkloadExtension.Plugins.HanaPlugin.Backint.ClientChannel.SendAsync(Request request)
