How to add comments while deleting/removing successors in Succession Organization Chart?

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management.

1. Navigate to Succession Org chart
2. Select a position/person then Click on Add successor button
3. Click on readiness of successor
4. Click on remove Successor
5. 
6. Successor is removed directly without comments/reason field.

As per the current system design, there is no separate “Reason” field available for deleting or removing a successor from Nominations.
