3754104 - Synchronization fails for WCMApplicationAttachments with HTTP 400 – SAP Service and Asset Manager

Symptom

Synchronization fails while SAP Service and Asset Manager retrieves the WCMApplicationAttachments entity.

The mobile client displays an error similar to the following:

An error occurred while processing request "WCMApplicationAttachments".
Retrieve feed "WCMApplicationAttachments" failed because the
OData server returned HTTP code 400.
OData error code: /IWBEP/CM_MGW_RT/022

When the affected request is tested in the SAP Gateway Client, the following detailed backend error is returned: "The Planning Plant is not provided".
