After creating a purchase order, the expected sales order is not created automatically on the selling company side due to bellow errors:

• Errors occurred while processing messages for interface /MMEDI - ORDREQOUT - 0001.
• Internal ICM error (ICM_HTTP_INTERNAL_ERROR).

This process is related to scope item 3ZB.

In communication arrangement SAP_COM_0223, the outbound service "Sales Order/Customer Return - Confirm Processing (B2B)" contains an extra space in the Path/URL, causing the ICM error and preventing the automatic sales order creation.

For communication arrangement for SAP_COM_0223, in the outbound service "Sales Order/Customer Return - Confirm Processing (B2B)" ensure there are no leading, trailing, or embedded extra spaces in the path URL, it should be exactly: "/sap/bc/srt/scs_ext/sap/orderconfirmationrequest_in".
