In the 1H 2026 release, when the Enhanced People Search is enabled, the option to export search results from the Directory Search does not appear, even though the login user has the 'Perform Batch Operations on the Results of Directory Search: Export, Print, and Send Email' permission.

Reproducing the Issue
- Enable the 'Enhanced People Search' in Company System and Logo Settings
- Open the Directory Search in the 1H 2026 SF Release via ‘View Employee Directory’
- Search for users with any filter
- Observe that the Export option is missing as per below snapshot.
Cause
The export functionality in the latest Directory Search has been deprecated due to limited usage.

For data export requirements, please use Export Extended User Information → Personal Information
