Symptom

  • Resolve "Connection to the application lost. Maybe the application was closed or refreshed during the scan process."

  • Using the Xscan and the HTML engine to scan a combobox throws:

    "Connection to the application lost. Maybe the application was closed or refreshed during the scan process.

    Details:
    Tricentis.Automation.XScan.Tasks.ApplicationRefreshedOrClosedException: Connection to the application lost. Maybe the application was closed or refreshed during the scan process.
     ---> Tricentis.Automation.Engines.Technicals.SutException: Cannot interact with busy tab.
    Connection to application under test lost. Maybe the application has been closed or refreshed."
