3754167 - Candidates can apply to closed requisitions

When the new candidate experience is enabled, candidates who have saved their application can submit their application and fully apply after the requisition is closed.

Engineering have developed a fix for this issue. The fix is scheduled to release in H2 2026 which releases on the 12th of October for preview and the 13th of November for production.
