1. Go to System Settings.
2. Navigate to Change Projects.
3. Select Registered Services.
4. Observe the error "Define the target system for the current landscape to start initial load."

Source and target systems are assigned to different landscapes, so no source–target pair exists within the same landscape for the current context, preventing the initial load and causing the banner error.

1. Open System Settings 
2. Navigate to Change Project settings
3. Go to Administration
4. Ensure at least one source system and one target system are assigned to the same landscape (for example, assign the current target to the source’s landscape, or assign the source to the target’s landscape).
5. Save the changes.
