3754219 - UI blocked by gray layer when adding link to a list in UI card

Symptom

When adding a link in a UI card that contains a list, such as the Item List card, or a custom card that uses the UI5 list element, a gray layer is displayed on top of the Object Details.

The Object Details popover opens successfully, however, a blocking gray layer prevents user interaction with it.
