3754240 - Hidden fields configured in latest people profile are not visible on mobile app

• Fields configured as Hidden in Configure Latest People Profile still appear in the mobile app overview
• The same fields are correctly hidden in the web UI, creating a discrepancy between web and mobile

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Open Configure Latest People Profile > Select the portlet
2. Set specific fields to Hidden
3. Save the configuration
4. Sign in to the mobile app
5. Open a user's People Profile and navigate to the relevant section/portlet
6. Observe the fields remain visible in the mobile app, while they are hidden in the web UI

This is a know error and engineering team will provide the fix on June 17th. If issues persist after the fix release, reinstall the mobile app and retest.

For now, there is a workaround available to hide fields at the MDF object level:

1. Go to Configure Object Definitions in Admin Center.
2. Locate the affected MDF object/field.
3. Set the field’s visibility to Hidden and save.
