3754272 - Unable to delete Higher Duty if manager becomes inactive before it ends - 1H 2026

• For Temporary Internal Assignment (TIA)/Higher Duty(HD) deletions, the system displays a “Manager is inactive” warning during the deletion process.
• After selecting Continue/Proceed, the deletion does not complete and the system navigates back to the Manager Higher Duty/Temporary Assignment page.
• The higher duty end date if on or before the manager's inactivation;
• Warning message: "User XXX (*userID*) has an inactive manager, YYY (*userID*), as of mm/dd/YY. The manager provided in the record has the status Terminate, which means they are inactive."

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Search for the employee.
2. From the dropdown of multiple employments, select Higher duty profile
3. Navigate via All Actions -> Manage Higher duty
4. Click on delete(Trash bin icon)
5. Select Yes to confirm deletion.
6. A Warning message appears "User XXX (*userID*) has an inactive manager, YYY (*userID*), as of mm/dd/YY. The manager provided in the record has the status Terminate, which means they are inactive."
7. Select Proceed.
8. Higher duty assignment is not deleted, and the system navigates back to the Manager Higher Duty/Temporary Assignment page.

Issue has been fixed via patch on PTCH-50250 (1H2026P8) which is scheduled on 9th June in Preview and 11th June in  Production environments.
