3754273 - Setting the Internal to External Deconversion criteria by a Custom Field - Recruiting Management

As of 1H 2026 release, it's possible to setup a custom field to determine which inactive users will be de-converted as documented in the What's New Viewer: Configure Internal to External Deconversion Job by Custom Field. What happens if this field is left blank?

If the field is left blank, then the system will behave exactly as it did before: the inactive users that have been deactivated within the period defined and the deconversion job is set in Provisioning will be picked up for deconversion.
