In the 1H 2026 release, the Route Document permission is enhanced from the All Templates level to a specific form template level.
A migration script was introduced to automatically convert RBP permission roles containing the Route Document permission with the same granted form templates.
Due to a failure in the migration script execution, the permission is disabled in some instances. This is a known issue affecting some instances only.
