3754320 - Messages tab error in Change/Display Scheduling Agreement (ME32L/ME33L) due to workflow configuration - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Error encountered in the Messages tab while using Change/Display Scheduling Agreement transactions (ME32L/ME33L). Scheduling Agreement output requests are not getting generated or displayed in the system.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the app to change or display a Purchase Scheduling Agreement.
2. Navigate to the header and select the Messages tab.
3. Observe that the system raises the error about the missing output request (APOC_OR_UI_MESSAGES002). In create mode, the Messages tab appears in add mode.

Workflow configuration for Purchase Scheduling Agreements was incorrect: all workflows were deactivated, including the Automatic Release of Scheduling Agreement.

1. Open the “Manage Workflow for Purchase Scheduling Agreements” app.
2. Activate the “Automatic Release of Scheduling Agreement” workflow.
3. Ensure applicable workflows for purchase scheduling agreements are active and ordered, with Automatic Release as the last step.
4. Identify all scheduling agreements currently in approval and withdraw them from approval.
5. Make the required changes to the scheduling agreements and save.
6. Reopen the Messages tab or run print preview to confirm the error no longer occurs.
