3754331 - Search by "National ID" is not working on the Enhanced People Search.

Symptom

Search by "National ID" is not working on the Enhanced People search. 



Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the instance.

  2. In the Global Header Search, search using the National ID.

  3. Observe that no search results are returned, and the user cannot be searched using the National ID.

Cause

The national ID can not search in global header is an expected behavior.

Resolution

This is an expected behavior and is working as designed. "National ID" is not supported as a searchable field in the Global Header Enhanced People Search.
