- As part of troubleshooting, SAP Support has requested browser trace logs in HAR format to help investigate the issue you’ve reproduced.
- Once you’ve saved the HAR file, simply attach it to your support case for further analysis.
- HAR logs are particularly valuable for issues that occur intermittently or affect specific users or devices, as they can reveal additional diagnostic details.
