3754357 - Monitor Purchase Order items: saved tiles display chart but No table data

• Saved tiles (report variants) for the Monitor Purchase Order Items app load the chart, but the line-item table remains blank.
• Newly created tiles with the same filters display the expected line-item data.
• No error messages are shown.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Monitor Purchase Order Items app.
2. Launch a saved tile/report that was created before the upgrade, with preset filters.
3. Observe that the chart renders but the line-item table shows no rows.
4. Create a new tile with the same filters, or mirror the filters directly in the app, and observe that line items are displayed.

• Changes introduced by the upgrade (for example, CDS/OData service version or annotation updates) can alter technical field names, parameters, or entity structures, causing previously saved variants/tiles to reference outdated metadata and return no results.
• User personalization persistence can conflict with updated metadata after an upgrade, impacting line-item tables.
• Charts often rely on aggregate queries (for example, counts) that are less affected by field-level changes, while tables depend on explicit columns and annotations that may have changed.

1. Open the Monitor Purchase Order Items app and reapply the intended filters.
2. Save the selection as a new variant and add it as a new tile.
3. Replace the legacy tiles on the home page with the newly created tiles and remove obsolete ones to avoid reuse.
4. Validate that the new tiles load both the chart and the line-item table as expected.
5. If specific filters no longer behave as before, review the filter names and available fields after the upgrade and adjust the selection to match the current metadata.
6. Inform users that legacy tiles created before certain upgrades may need to be recreated when underlying CDS/OData metadata or annotations change.
