3754377 - Analytic Cards 'total learning hours' and 'timesheet status' show 'content didn't load' on latest home page experience - SuccessFactors HCM Core 2605

Symptom

According to the documentation available in Analytic Cards on the Latest Home Pag and Enhancements to Analytic Cards on the Latest Home Page, Analytic Cards display charts and other data visualizations within the "Explore More" section of the latest home page.

However, none of these cards are functioning as expected. When accessed, the following error message is displayed:

  • "Content didn't load. Please try refreshing the page."

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enable the Total Learning Hours analytic card in Home Page configuration (Home Page > Analytic Cards > Total Learning Hours).
  2. Open the latest home page.
  3. Navigate to Explore More.
  4. Open the Total Learning Hours or the Timesheet Status analytic card.
  5. Observe that the message "Content didn't load. Please try refreshing the page." appears and the card content does not render.

Resolution

The solution of this issue is currently under investigation. Please follow this KBA for updates.
