3754395 - cannot edit custom analytical query in app f1572 after release change

Symptom

  • After a release change, an existing custom analytical query cannot be opened in edit mode in the Custom Analytical Queries app (F1572).
  • When opening the query, the following error may appear: "Empty value in hierarchy binding for type V".
  • The issue starts immediately after the system upgrade.
