Error occurs when opeing an internal candidate profile: 

errorId=null, timestamp=null, errorMessage=Cannot read properties of null (reading 'resumeParsingRequired'),

1. Open an internal candiate profile from Careers > My Candidate Profile

2. Open an internal candiadte profile from Candidate Search results.

This is a Known Issue.

Workaround: Remove SM mapping for all background elements in the Candidate Profile Template. This change will resolve the error, and internal candidate profiles will become accessible and actionable. However, field data will no longer synchronize between the candidate profile and employee profile. Once the code fix is delivered, SM mapping can be re-added to the Candidate Profile Template for the background elements.
