3754402 - DRC Colombia Statutory Reporting - How to Move Statutory Report Definitions Between Systems

Symptom

You need to transport changes made to a statutory report, such as adjustments for the Colombia Magnetic Media report detailed in SAP Note 2996620 ("ACR - Colombia Magnetic Media: Round Decimal Amounts"). After implementing these changes in the "Define Statutory Reports" Fiori app on a development system, you find there is no direct option to save the modified report definition into a Transport Request (TR).

The goal is to move these configurations to a quality (QAS) or production (PRD) system without having to manually replicate all the changes.
