• Rehire does not appear in the onboarding 2.0 module/dashboard after initiation from Recruiting.
• Candidate is not visible in onboarding 2.0.
• Expected behavior: Rehire should be available and accessible in the onboarding dashboard to perform rehire verification.
• No error message is displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate onboarding from Recruiting Management (RCM).
2. Candidate was not available in Onboarding Dashboard.
3. There was neither any Error Message.

The user’s status in Data Inspector (table USERS_SYSINFO) is set to 'f' (inactive). Inactive users do not appear on the onboarding dashboard.

1. Open Data Inspector and navigate to table USERS_SYSINFO for the affected user.
2. Check the status flag; if it is 'f' (inactive), update the user to active according to the standard user data maintenance process.
3. Verify in the onboarding 2.0 dashboard that the user is now visible.
