Process Insights data connected via plug and gain appears garbled in Process Intelligence

• Plug-and-Gain delivery content (value accelerators) connected via the Process Insights connector

1. In Process Intelligence, navigate to Data connections and open the Process Insights connection.
2. In Extra connection arguments, add: AcceptCharsetUTF8=true
3. Save the connection and test using Preview to verify Japanese text displays correctly.
4. If the issue persists, perform a fresh data load/extraction to reload data with the updated charset handling.
