3754438 - Non-Recurring Pay Components Removed after the Rehire Data Review Submitted through Rehire with Old Employment - Onboarding

Symptom

  • During Rehire with Old Employment initiated from ATS(SmartRecruiters) or RCM (Recruiting) and processed in onboarding, existing Non-Recurring Pay Components (NRPCs) from the previous employment are missing on the New Hire Data Review screen.
  • After completing the New Hire Data Review step, Non-Recurring Pay Components (NRPCs) from the previous employment are deleted with the same timestamp.
  • Behavior is intermittent: for some users the Non-Recurring Pay Components (NRPCs) appear and are retained, for others they are missing and then deleted.
  • No error message is displayed.
