3754449 - eDocument Cockpit (EDOC_COCKPIT) - Folder Structure Cannot Be Customized or Modified

Symptom

  • The eDocument Cockpit (EDOC_COCKPIT) does not allow the creation of separate folders for different eDocument types within the same country process.
  • For example, in Italy, all documents assigned to eDoc type IT_FATTURA appear under the "Italy eInvoice" folder, with no possibility to separate them into individual folders for each invoice type.
