• In New Hire Data, the system automatically defaults the Event Reason to something different.
• When the Event Reason is changed to the intended value, an error occurs for both HR users and the candidate.
• Error message: "Failed to make correction: Date should be in between the start dates of earlier and(or) future records"

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

A stale, duplicate OnboardingInfo record existed for the user. There must be only one OnboardingInfo record per onboarding candidate.

Need to run a script to remove the stale, duplicate OnboardingInfo record.
