  • Pipeline summary or history workspace reloads continuously without displaying results.
  • The web browser's developer tools console shows an HTTP 500 server error for the API endpoint : /cng-pipeline/pipeline/search?page=0&count=10&activity=all 
  • Additionally, this error text is observed: "Unexpected error occurred".
