3754501 - Error on accessing Job Information card on latest people profile

An error "Looks Like Something went wrong" occurs when accessing the Job Information card on latest people profile. 

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to user people profile. 
2. Click on Job Information. 
3. Result: "Looks Like something went wrong Error Code: 500"

An incorrect or custom section configured within the system for the Job Information card causes the error.

1. Navigate to Manage Data.
2. Search for the object type "Section".
3. Locate the custom section named "ABCD" used in the Job Information card.
4. Delete the "ABCD" section.
5. Refresh the profile and recheck the Job Information card.
