Workflow reminder emails show wrong token data in custom workflow notifications.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Custom Workflow Notifications

1. Initiate a workflow that has a custom notification template configured for reminder emails.
2. Allow the reminder job to run so the reminder notification is sent.
3. Open the reminder email and observe that token data is not right, for example, wrong user name,wrong person_id_external, wrong job info field data etc.

This is a known issue.

• The issue will be fixed via patch 1H2605p7 which is tentatively scheduled for 2nd June in 2026 and 4th June in 2026.
• This KBA will be updated once the fix date is confirmed
