3754680 - Report to Retrieve Inactivated Courses or Curricula Not Completed by Users – SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Symptom

  • There is an item associated with a curriculum that was assigned to employees via an Assignment Profile. The course, curriculum, and assignment profile have all been inactivated.
  • Is there a method or report we can use to determine which employees were assigned this inactivated course or curriculum but did not complete it?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Assign an item to a curriculum and assign the curriculum to users via an assignment profile.
  2. Inactivate the item, the curriculum, and the assignment profile.
  3. Run the Curriculum Item Status (CSV) report for the inactivated curriculum.
  4. Observe that the report returns no records.

Resolution

1. User Learning Plan Audit Report (CSV):

You can make use of the User Learning Plan Audit Report (CSV):

  • Provide user details as input to retrieve assigned learning plan data, including incomplete assignments.
  • If individual user details are not readily available, run the report in batches by including multiple users and filter by the specific item or curriculum.
  • Note: This approach may require significant manual effort.

2. Custom Report Using the PRD Tool:

You can also build a custom report using the PRD tool:
