Symptom
After 1H 2026 release, Filters in Calibration Sessions are not shown. This issue is related to error when there are more employees in the session, than set in the calibration template: "The maximum number of viewable subjects without filtering".
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Calibration
Reproducing the Issue
- In the calibration template the setting "The maximum number of viewable subjects without filtering" is set to 200.
- The calibration session has 250 employees in it.
- Open the Calibration menu.
- Access the affected Calibration session.
- Observe the message prompting to filter the people: "This view has been configured to view up to 200 subjects at a time, currently there are 250 subjects. Please use the filter options to reduce the number of visible subjects to 200 or below."
- Press the filter button.
- Notice that the filter items are not displayed and calibration views don't load.
Resolution
The issue is planned to be fixed with a patch:
- preview systems: May 19th 2026;
- production systems: May 21st 2026.
Workaround:
As a temporary workaround, open Manage Calibration Templates and edit the template used by the affected session.
Increase the value of “The maximum number of viewable subjects without filtering” to a number higher than the total subjects in the session.
