3754708 - Info message for AI Assisted Skills is appearing as grey intermittently

After enabling Assisted Job Skills for Career Site Builder under AI Services Administration via Admin center the following button appears "Manage Skills".

With this option the following message appears when skills have yet to be added:

“Manage Skills option lets recruiters define the skills required for the job to enhance AI-driven candidate matching and provide a better hiring experience.” (Label Key: RECRUITING_UN_SAVED_JOB_REQ_SKILLS_INFO.)

The info message should only appear in blue but will sometimes appear grey upon initial load of the page.
