3754736 - Cannot delete API proxy due to undeploy error while UI of api portal shows not deployed.

Symptom

  • Attempting to delete an API or any of its revisions fails with the messages: "Cannot delete API" and "Can not delete Revision XX of ApiProxy ... Undeploy the ApiProxy and try again."
  • In the UI, the API shows "Status: Not Deployed" and "Deployed Revision: None."
