After enablement of Enabling the “Assisted Job Skills for Career Site Builder” feature – Implementation Guide Link - Assisted Job Skills for Career Site Builder, it is not clear where the skills are extracted from by the AI.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Go to Job Requisition 
2. Select Manage Skills
3. Select Suggest Skills
4. Skills are populated via AI extraction

By design, the AI skill extraction evaluates all content shown in the Preview External Posting (including external job title, header, footer, and external job description).
