3754809 - Supplier Email notification stopped working in SAP SNC

Symptom

  • Alert Notification Profile created in SAP Supply Network Collaboration with setting for Periodic notifications (Pull method).
  • Background job for report /SCMB/ANOTPULL is scheduled to run periodically.
  • The Profile is valid for the selection and is matching the alert scope, but there is no Email sent.
  • The jobs are failing with status CANCELLED, with log message: Internal session terminated with a runtime error TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED (see ST22)
  • ST22 dump details:
    • Category: Resource bottleneck
    • Runtime Errors: TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED
    • ET_LOCPROD_LOCFR or LT_TRPROD internal tables have millions of entries, causing memory bottleneck.
