Error when opening a Custom Template Story in View mode in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting.

1. Go to Report Center.
2. Open an existing story.
3. Error: ''We've encountered an unexpected issue when loading this object. Contact technical support."

• Currently templates in Story reports cannot be opened in View mode; they can only be accessed in Edit mode.
• This is part of an ongoing improvements currently being addressed by the development team.
• Meanwhile, you can open templates in Edit mode or consume them in other stories as layouts following Apply Layouts to Story Pages.
