3754865 - Administrator Pages Revamp for 1H 2026 pop up warning intermittently or repeatedly shows on admin pages

• The pop-up confirming the change is inconsistent across revamped admin pages.
• The pop-up sometimes appears very frequently and after each page refresh.
• On some admin revamp pages, the pop-up does not appear.
• Pop up alert is a Walk me alert for administrators

1. Go to Admin Center >Go to any batch of revamped pages 

• Company System & Logo Settings
• Delete Form Page
• Export Users (Employees)
• Manage Action Search
• Manage Calibration Sessions
• Manage Job Profiles
• Manage Templates
• Manage Workflow Requests
• Password & Login Policy Settings
• Reset User Password

     2. Navigate through the revamp pages (for example: Manage Templates>Goal Plan, Recruiting Management, or 360 Multi Rater), then try going to one of its templates, the pop-up warning shows.

     3. Refresh the page and observe that the pop-up may appear repeatedly sometimes it does not appear, so the behavior is not consistent

Note: The pop-up alert is an alert triggered by Walkme

• The informational banner/pop-up for the Administrator Pages Revamp is designed as a pop-up alert that appears intermittently or only on the first few visits, rather than as a persistent alert.

1. Note that intermittent display or disappearance of the revamp pop-up after initial views is expected behavior for in-app guidance.
2. To suppress the pop-up for administrators, go to Admin Center > Company System and Logo Settings.
3. Locate the option “Display WalkMe Content for Administrators,” uncheck it, and save.
4. Refresh the affected admin page(s) and confirm the pop-up no longer appears for administrators.
