3754875 - Error "The navigation target "SalesQuotation-create?sap-app-origin-hint=" of the app could not be resolved" when creating a sales quotation via Manage Sales Quotation app

When attempting to create a sales quotation via Manage Sales Quotations (F1852) or Manage Sales Quotations - version 2 (F5630), the app cannot be opened due to the error bellow:

• Sorry, the app couldn't be opened
  The navigation target "SalesQuotation-create?sap-app-origin-hint=" of the app could not be resolved. This can be caused, for example, by an incorrect content configuration, an incorrect or missing role assignment, or because your current device is not supported.

A custom role is being used, however, the necessary catalog assignment and restriction definition was done properly. Additionally, when attempting to create a sales quotation via app Create Sales Quotations (VA21), the sales document can be created successfully.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the app Manage Sales Quotations (F1852) or Manage Sales Quotations - version 2 (F5630).
2. Choose Create.
3. Observe the error.

There are many possible causes for this issue:

• The business catalog that grants access to this app is not assigned or doesn't have sufficient Write access.
• The IAM apps are not active.
• A required navigation dependency for the concerned apps is not active, which leads to the unresolved navigation target.
• The device used to access the app is not supported.

Make sure bellow requirements are followed:

• The necessary business catalog is included in the custom business role and has necessary access: SAP_SD_BC_QUOT_PROC_MC.
• The IAM apps are active: F1852_TRAN or F5630_TRAN.
• All the apps' dependencies are active as well: F0046A_F4_TRAN and VAX1_VBTYP_TRAN.
• The device type is supported: Desktop or Tablet.
