Document transfer is not working when change EM and EX at same time

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Set transfer document to new manager option for manager and matrix manager in form template settings
2. Change EM and EX at same time
3. The form is not transferred to new manager.

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.

Workaround

Change EM and EX sperately.
