• Business Catalog SAP_TC_FIN_ACC_COMMON for App ID F1273 is not appearing in the PRD system, including in the CUST tenant search.
• Cannot Access Automatic Account Determination App or SSCUI 100297

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Search for the Business Catalog SAP_TC_FIN_ACC_COMMON in the PRD system (including CUST tenant), following the guidance in the relevant search note.
2. Observe that the catalog cannot be found and App ID F1273 is not visible.

• SAP_TC_FIN_ACC_COMMON is a technical catalog, not a business catalog, therefore it is not available in the business catalog search or assignment workflows.
• Some requested roles/apps are linked to scope items and become available only after the corresponding scope items are activated.

1. Do not search for or assign the technical catalog SAP_TC_FIN_ACC_COMMON when looking for app access.
2. Identify and use the relevant business catalog: SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_FIN_GL1_PC. for SSCUI 100297 - Automatic Account Determination.
3. Assign this business catalog to an appropriate business role (for example, BPC_EXPERT or the equivalent role in use).
4. After assignment, access App ID F1273 (Automatic Account Determination) or SSCUI 100297 as needed.
5. For other missing roles/apps, verify whether they depend on scope item activation and ensure the required scope items are activated before expecting those roles/apps to appear.
