• A report is needed to compare general ledger account balances across multiple ledgers in a single run.
• Reporting apps allow selection of only one ledger per run; a side-by-side view across multiple ledgers is not available.
• No error messages are shown.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open a general ledger reporting app (for example, Journal Entry Analyzer, Trial Balance or Display line Items in General Ledger).
2. Attempt to select multiple ledgers in the filter criteria.
3. Observe that only one ledger can be selected and the report must be run separately for each ledger.

By standard design, multiple-ledger display/comparison in a single run is not supported in the current S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition reporting apps; this is a missing functionality.

1. Acknowledge that this is standard system behavior; multiple-ledger display in a single run is not available in the current S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition reporting apps.
2. Use the workaround: run the report separately for each relevant ledger and compare the results manually.
