3754899 - Custom MDF cards Summary and "View All" keep loading on Latest People Profile after 1H 2026 release

• Custom MDF card summary keeps loading in Latest People Profile.
• Clicking View All on custom MDF portlets keeps loading and no data is displayed.
• No error message is shown.

1. Log on to the instance.
2. Open Latest People Profile for a user who has a custom MDF card; observe that the card summary keeps endlessly loading.
3. Open Latest People Profile for a user who has a custom MDF card; select View All and observe that it keeps endlessly loading.

The issue has been identified by your Product Team: it occurs due to init rules configured in Manage Configuration UI.

The system waits for these rules to finish processing before showing content. However, when the rule conditions don't match  the actual data, the system never signals "init complete" — so the card keeps waiting forever.

A fixing patch will be released on May 28th, 2026.

In the meantime, as a workaround, customers can disable the oninit rule added in the Manage configuration UI:

1. Go to Manage Configuration UI
2. Search for the screen ID
3. Click on Edit properties (on left navigation when mousehover the Screen Label)
4. Go to init rule section and delete
5. Save
