Error message below is raised when attempting to cancel a Portugal Transport eDocument in the eDocument Cockpit application:

“Return code 13 has been received: Não pode ser alterado um Documento de Transporte quando a Data de Início já decorreu.” [EN : A Transportation Document cannot be changed when the Start Date has already passed.]
