Symptom

  • Migration of supplier-based (inbound) LTSDs from an earlier release fails.
  • The error message shown is: "Internal preference indicator (PRENE) * not valid".
  • LTSD items with internal preference indicator value *(for example 30) are present in table /SAPSLL/PREVDITM.
  • The migration report /SAPSLL/PRE_MIG_LTSD_INBOUND logs the error during processing.
