3754959 - Compensation Information Portlet Appears Blank When “Hide Pie Chart” Is Enabled in Latest People Profile

When the “Hide Pie Chart” option is enabled in the Compensation Information Card within Latest People Profile, the portlet renders completely blank no fields are displayed.
Per product documentation, when this option is active and no recurring pay components exist, the card should fall back and display the top four non-empty, non-dynamic Compensation Information fields. This fallback is not occurring.
The portlet displays an empty card instead of the expected four Compensation Information fields. The View All link still returns correct data, confirming the data is present but not rendered.

1. In Configure Latest People Profile, open the Compensation category and edit the Compensation Information card.
2. Enable the "Hide Pie Chart" option.
3. Navigate to a user’s People Profile > Full Profile > Compensation Information where the user has no recurring pay components.
4. Observe that the Compensation Information card renders blank instead of showing the top four non-empty fields.

Engineering team has completed code fix and it is planned to be release in preview on 26th May and in production on 28th May 2026.

Available Workaround (pre-patch):
    •    Users can access all compensation data by clicking View All within the People Profile. The full data is accessible and correct — only the summary card rendering is affected.
    •    Alternatively, temporarily re-enable the pie chart (disable “Hide Pie Chart”) to restore portlet visibility until the patch is applied.
