3754986 - Custom MDF UI not rendered correctly in Latest People Profile (Text area fields shown as single-line inputs)

• Customer reporting that in Manage Configuration UI all fields are displayed Horizontally, but once rendered every field are displayed Vertically. 
• Fields configured as multi-line text area in the UI appear as single-line inputs in People Profile.
