Symptom

An error "Error in callup via job" (ID:FZ953) occurred in the app BoE Presentation.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

Cause

Authorization issue: the required IAM app (F9010_TRAN) was not assigned/activated in the customizing role.

Resolution

  1. Assign the IAM app F9010_TRAN to the customizing role used for BoE Presentation in the app Maintain Business Roles.
  2. Open the IAM app tab and find this one and select Activate to enable it.
  3. Log off and log on again (or refresh authorizations) to apply the change.
