Symptom

Operations like remove, update, or replace on a PunchOutCredential instance fail due to a decryption error on the sharedsecret property. This error causes read attempts to fail, effectively locking the item and triggering the following logs:

cannot update xxx with values ItemAttributeMap[...] due to Error decrypting property 'sharedsecret' of item xxx, java.lang.IllegalStateException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Error decrypting property 'sharedsecret'
